Unfortunately if your order has already shipped, no, we cannot change your address. We recommend first contacting your local post office to see if they are able to assist with the rerouting of the package to your new address.
There have been many situations where the package gets forwarded to your new address by the carrier, so be sure to double check your tracking information to see if this could be the case for yours!
If they are unable to make this change and your package gets returned to sender or delivered to your previous address and you are unable to retrieve it, please submit a request HERE and select “shipping/tracking updates” under “What is your question regarding?”. We’ll assist from there!
